SES is going on holiday[...]

SES has been very interesting because we have done lots of different activities for having fun and learning English too, it's incredible. I recommend everyone who is preparing a Cambridge exam and it's not sure if he/she can make the test to come here because I have improved a lot being this year (and the last one) in SES, now I have a 7.7 in FCE and improving... I will do the exam next June thanks to SES!!

But now SES is coming to an end, I think I will see almos everyone next year at school and I will miss a lot the people who I won't see anymore. I have passed a very good time in here.

Tomorrow we finish the ses, I have learned a lot of english.

We have done a movie of Mamma Mia.

Sometimes we play games, but always in english.

Tomorrow we finish the Ses course and we'll do a lot of activites! We have spent one month together and I'm happy to have been here because I've learnt English, the people here are very friendly and the teachers too, so it's fantastic!

GOODBYE SES!!

Hi!!! We are Anna and Ada, tomorrow we will finish the SES, so we are very happy because we will have summer holidays!! By the way, we are very sad because we won´t see each other again :(

During our holidays we will go to the village, to the beach, to parties and we will have a lot of fun!

In the SES we have spent a lot of funny moments.

SES COURSE EXPIRED!

Tomorrow is the last day of our Ses course.We have had a great time here in the course and we learned a lot of English. I don't know if the next year I will come but if I can choose I would like to repeat it!

Now we are going to take advantage of these last two days!!

Tibidaboo..

We went on an outing to Tibidabo yesterday:

First we went to Can Mercader (in Cornella) and had breackfast, because the park opened at 12:00. Then we got on the bus and went to the amusment park.

There we went on some rides like Krüger Hotel, the new rollercoaster, Huracan and Tronquitos among others:

We cued for 1 hor and a half in Krügers Hotel, but finnally we got in. Inside, we didn't stop shouting during the ride and we had some prolems with that and with a flip flop.

Then we did a short cue to rode on the new rollercoaster, it was amaizng because we could see all Barcelona from there.

We had some food: like chips and ketchup, a hamburger, a donut and a Coke. And then we rode on the Huracan, getting dizzy and wet.

When really got wet was in the troquitos, that was the latest atraction we went in. Mr. Tena said that if we didn't get ourselfs changed we coudn't get in the bus. That wasn't a problem because everybody had dry clothes.

We had a great time!!

Summer time!

We recomend to go to la molina because in summer, during the day it's hot,but at night is cold. I go to Puigcerda

Later i will go to Andalucia with my parents and with friends!

Sweet farewelllll!!!!!

Sniff, sniff!! We are very sad today because we are leaving tomorrow!!. SES is coming to an end and we are all getting ready for our short show tomorrow: the performance in Mamma mia´s musical five days ago, the Webquests and Powerpoints we created on the very first week, the memmorable cinema session with the blockbuster I, robot, etc.... If it seems like a lot - it is! But our most successful students jumped right in and got started just on the 29th June. I have observed that when you take up studying the SES - as opposed to coming on regular classes during the year - it's easier for lots of interesting activities to crop up and keep you busy all day long!!

My dear students , I wish you all the best and hope to see you again next year!!

SES sounds great, doesn´t it?

We are all having a real good time here at school! By using immersion and focusing basically on the language and its basic skills, our students are diving into a much more fun, interesting and effective method to learn English. I am really excited about the progress they are making everyday. No matter the difficulties and obstacles they may have faced, they have strived in order to make the most of it all!!!!! Hooray, hooray!!!

I think that in Ses course you learn a lot of English while you are having fun. You also meet new people. Food is delicious and in the afternoon you can go to play computers games and you also do physical education.

What do you think of the SES course?

I think that the SES course gives all our students the opportunity to practice all the skills ( Listening, Writing, Speaking and Reading ) and with the use of the new technologies, our students get a much greater feeling of achievement.
